Private labelling terms of service

  • Private Labelled products can only be changed after the first month of labelling.
  • In stock items are ready to sell right away, however items in transit would take the duration of the Lead Time to be back in stock.
  • Only one item can be private labeled at a time, unless the subscription package states otherwise.
  • The original private Labelling Subscription fee is non refundable. (This is because we stock inventory once a product is labelled)
  • Refunds for orders are only accepted if the item or product arrived damaged or did not arrive at all.
  • The Xcatalog private labelling team reserves the right to approve or restrict a merchant’s access to our platform.
