Shipping & Refund Policy
- Free Standard shipping: All Listing and products have a default 4-5 Business days guaranteed shipping with a 24hrs Processing Time. this means any added profit margin upon syncing your products is the full profit made per each sale. Tracking information are provided after each order is shipped.
- 48hrs Express Shipping: When an order is placed before 6:00pM EST, product is shipped and delivered within the next 48hrs all across the continental USA. There is a standard $7.99 fee for express shipping and delivery.
- NB: Xcatalog Currently ships to only the continental USA with more countries to be announced later.
- Refunds & Refunds: Refunds are only offered if a shipped item arrives damaged or does not arrive at all. When an order qualifies for a refund, a full refund is issued without the need for product returns.
